What You’ll Be Doing
Provide administrative support to the Program Director, Academic Fieldwork Coordinator, and faculty.
Coordinate recruitment, admission, and retention efforts for the MSOT program.
Track applicants and collaborate with Graduate Admissions on student selection and communication.
Respond to student and program inquiries and manage student files and records.
Organize interviews, orientations, and program events.
Assist with marketing efforts and outreach in partnership with Graduate Admissions and Marketing.
Maintain compliance with student health requirements and program documentation.
Manage program expenses and purchasing through the Workday system.
Support data collection, reporting, and accreditation processes.
Supervise and coordinate duties for student workers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or three years of increasingly responsible administrative experience, required.
Proficiency in various software including Excel, Google Suite, required: Canvas and EXXAT, preferred
Model a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
Prior experience working in higher education in an administrative role, preferred.
Familiarity with confidentiality requirements and procedures, including HIPAA and FERPA.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Must possess strong detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and accomplish tasks under deadline stresses.
Ability to exercise interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with prospective students, clinical contacts, faculty, and staff across all levels of the institution.
Must be able to work efficiently, using independent judgment, while experiencing frequent interruptions.
Maintain accurate clinical records and contracts.
