We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Professional, Inside Sales to support our Singapore market. This role involves managing end-to-end sales processes, including quoting, customer engagement, and coordination with resellers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT sales and account management, with the ability to deliver excellent customer experience across pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT sales operations for the AU market, including reseller engagement and account management

  • Sell or renew products and services via phone and email, and promote vendor campaigns

  • Execute end-to-end sales processes: quoting, order processing, email support, and post-sales follow-ups

  • Prospect new customers, qualify leads, and provide ETA updates

  • Maintain product and industry knowledge to support customer inquiries and sales efforts

  • Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications:

  • With at least 3-4 years experience as an Inside Sales Representative (IT Sales)

  • Experienced in Account Management (Prospecting, Profiling, and Upselling)

  • Customer service experience is a must, preferably in a BPO/Tech industry

  • College graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course; undergraduates are welcome but should have at least 5 years relevant work experience

  • Excellent English communication skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage

  • Willing to work on dayshift (AU time zone) and onsite for 10 days per month (scheduled for 2 consecutive weeks)
