Core Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily production operations to meet quality, quantity and schedule targets.
2. Manage and guide production team, including task allocation, performance tracking and on-the-job training.
3. Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards and company policies.
5. Coordinate with maintenance, logistics and quality departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
6. Prepare production reports for management review.
Requirements
1. 3+ years of production supervision experience in manufacturing (preferably chemical, automotive or electronics industry).
2. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
3. Familiar with production management systems and basic lean manufacturing principles.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management or related field.
5. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
