THE OUTNET are now seeking a talented production executive to join the team. As a Production Executive, you will support the delivery of creative projects for the in-house Creative Team. This role is fast-paced and requires strong organisational skills, as you’ll help manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure projects run smoothly across departments such as Marketing, PR, and Web Production. You’ll be hands-on with shoot coordination, project tracking, and day-to-day production tasks, helping ensure high-quality output that meets deadlines. Some of the essentials for you to know are: 

Location: London Westfield (4 days office based)   

Reporting into: Creative Director

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Support the production team with managing shoot and production timelines, ensuring schedules are clear and updated for all stakeholders.
  • Help monitor project budgets by raising POs, tracking spend, and reconciling costs with guidance from senior team members.
  • Contribute to creative briefing processes by reviewing briefs for clarity and flagging potential challenges to the production team.
  • Provide day-to-day project management support on seasonal and campaign shoots, assisting with pre-production, shoot coordination, and post-production follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate usage records, ensuring rights and agreements are kept up to date.
  • Assist with developing and updating project timelines to support the Creative Director (CD) and Art Director (AD) in monitoring resource and prioritising work.
  • Help manage workflow and processes by updating trackers, communicating status updates, and resolving small issues where possible.
  • Support the retouch process by maintaining logs, circulating amends, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist in sourcing and coordinating external talent (models, photographers, stylists, etc.), as well as studios and shoot locations.
  • Support shoot logistics, including booking travel, arranging catering, and preparing call sheets.
  • Help ensure health and safety procedures are followed on shoots and during production activity.  
  • Liaise with the legal team on contracts, ensuring paperwork is processed and filed ahead of shoots.  
  • Support the production team with credit card reconciliation and expense processes.
  • Provide general administrative support across the production team to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
  • Assist with project planning, helping to schedule upcoming creative projects and track progress against deadlines.

The type of person we are looking for: 

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a production, project coordination, or creative operations role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
  •  Interest in fashion, retail, or creative industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with production processes (shoots, budgets, creative workflows) desirable but not essential.
  • Confidence using project management tools and Microsoft Office / Google Suit.
