How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the design and approval of production processes to meet project targets.
  • Define cost-effective production sequences that maximize quality.
  • Develop investment budgets for new products and process innovations.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to evaluate and select optimal suppliers.
  • Partner with R&D to optimize technical standards and design rules.
  • Champion health and safety across all production initiatives.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team with HR support.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and engineering.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and interpersonal.
  • Preferred: Experience in transformer manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma certification.
