Product Support Analyst

USA - PA - Oaks Full time

The Product Support Analyst will play a key role in advancing SEI’s Managed Account platform and investment product suite. This position supports product development initiatives, project execution, and cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive scale, efficiency, and growth. The Analyst will also support and strengthen strategic partnerships across SEI’s separately managed account (SMA) and model offerings.

What you will do:

  • Product and Project Management

    • Support the planning, development, and execution of product and partner initiatives.

    • Develop subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders on product and platform related inquiries.

    • Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

    • Proactively identify and escalate potential issues, assess risks, and recommend solutions to maintain project timelines, budgets, and objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Management

    • Partner with key internal stakeholders including investment, operations, technology, sales, and legal organizations to ensure successful delivery of new products and platform enhancements.

    • Organize and lead cross-functional team meetings with clear agendas, pre-work, and document decisions and actions.

    • Ensure effective communication and accountability across all stakeholders.

  • Partnership Relationship Management

    • Serve as key contact for partner firms supporting SMA and model offerings.

    • Assist with due diligence processes for new and existing partnerships.

    • Coordinate across teams to resolve issues and support partner requests, including preparing ad hoc analyses and reports.

  • Marketing & Event Support

    • Collaborate with marketing and reporting teams to ensure consistent product positioning across platform materials.

    • Develop and coordinate agendas and materials for partner events and training sessions.

    • Communicate updates on key initiatives and upcoming events.

  • Competitive Analysis

    • Conduct research on market and industry trends, and competitor offerings.

    • Analyze and synthesize competitive data to provide data-driven insights that inform product strategy and positioning.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced degree, CFA, or progress towards is a plus).

  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience. Experience with managed account and/or advisory platforms preferred.

  • Understanding of investment products, including SMAs, model portfolios, mutual funds, and ETFs.

  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation formats.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project-management skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel required.
