Job Title: Product Specialist

Location: Jaipur
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals to support better patient outcomes
Customize engagement strategies using data and multi-channel tools to meet HCP preferences
Deliver meaningful, customer-focused experiences by understanding clinical environments and needs
Use insights and analytics to plan and adapt territory and account strategies effectively
Share field intelligence to help shape product messaging and campaign development
Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that address unmet medical needs
Uphold ethical standards and speak up when faced with dilemmas or concerns
Represent Novartis values through transparent, respectful, and purpose-driven interactions
Role Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharma, or related industries
Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and customer landscape
Bachelor’s degree in science or pharmacy (B.Sc or B.Pharma)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver customer value
Experience in oncology is highly desirable
Desirable Requirements
Experience in oncology sales or working with oncology-focused healthcare professionals
Familiarity with Novartis’ therapeutic portfolio and patient-centric engagement strategies
