MISSION
Optimize the impact of our product portfolio through KPI-driven insights. Based in our Bangalore office, this person will instrument a diverse set of product signals to measure and optimize product impact. These signals include but are not limited to product usage / adoption analytics, API usage data, financial data, operational platform data or external data. This role will compile these insights in a consumable way that facilitates efficient decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with product managers to identify appropriate KPIs to measure strategic product investments.
Operationally instrument prioritized product KPIs across a multitude of sources to track impact.
Source data using SQL and other data querying approaches to support KPI instrumentation.
Compile and distill raw product KPI data into actionable insights.
Build / augment self-service Power BI dashboard with a diverse set of product impact signals.
Recommend product optimization actions to Product Managers based on analysis of observed product signals.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar.
6-10 years in Product, Business, or Data Analytics, preferably B2B SaaS or fintech/healthtech.
Advanced SQL expertise (CTEs, window functions, performance tuning).
Hands-on experience with product-analytics platforms, e.g., Pendo, Gainsight, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to correlate product analytics data with financial, operational, and usage/adoption KPIs.
Exceptional communication and ability to turn raw data into executive-ready insights and visualizations.
