To support the Regional Head of L&S Portfolio in driving strategy execution, portfolio governance, and performance management across IMEA. The role ensures data-driven insights, structured reporting, and stakeholder coordination to enable informed decision-making and delivery of regional growth and P&L objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Portfolio Support
•Supporting development and tracking of product initiatives & roadmaps.
•Assist in monitoring progress of medium-term strategic initiatives and incubation projects.
•Consolidate inputs from area and global teams to ensure alignment with the strategy.
2. Performance Management
•Preparing and consolidating MPRs, QBRs, budgets, and portfolio performance scorecards.
•Conducting variance analysis and providing insights on product/portfolio performance.
•Track KPIs and financial performance (incl. weekly) across products, highlighting risks and opportunities.
3. Governance & Reporting
•Preparing material for governance forums as needed (greenlights, IP approvals, strategy reviews).
•Maintain dashboards and management reports for senior stakeholders.
•Ensure consistent and timely communication between regional, and area product teams.
4. Business & Data Analysis
•Maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making. (E.g., What ifs, Scenario Planning, Push-Pull models, forecasting, variability, etc.)
•Analyzing customer, product, and market data to identify risks and opportunities.
•Provide fact-based insights to support product & portfolio management.
•Work closely with finance, commercial, and product teams to validate assumptions and models.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
•Coordinate inputs for cross-regional and cross-functional projects.
•Support senior stakeholder engagements through briefings, presentations, and analysis.

Critical Competencies
Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel, PowerBI, Financial Modeling)
Strong data modeling skills (PowerBI, Financial Modeling, Forecasting, etc.)
Strong proponent and user of technology
Experience with creation of advanced data models & dashboards, exposure to AI/ML modeling techniques would be highly preferred
Ability to structure problems and communicate insights clearly
Stakeholder management across levels and geographies
Very High attention to detail
