Position Summary
As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving the development and delivery of solutions that support GSK’s mission. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies, ensuring adherence to GSK’s high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Leading the development and implementation of product strategies in alignment with business goals and patient needs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, engineering, and regulatory) to ensure efficient product delivery.
Managing the product lifecycle, including technical risk assessments, process validation, and change management.
Providing technical leadership during product transfers, ensuring robust processes and compliance with control strategies.
Supporting investigations and root cause analyses to address product complaints and deviations, ensuring timely resolution.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, process efficiency, and performance.

Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within a multinational organization.
Demonstrated expertise in managing technical aspects of product lifecycle, including technology transfers, risk assessments, and process validation.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including formulation, equipment, and analytical testing.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the above, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

Experience in oral solid dosage forms or other pharmaceutical dosage forms.
Ability to lead and influence within a matrix environment.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
Experience in troubleshooting and improving manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of product transfer processes and development phases.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
