Position Summary:

ProShares is seeking a driven and creative Product Marketing Specialist to help shape the future of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing high-impact digital campaigns, supporting new product launches, and developing compelling marketing materials that elevate our brand and engage investors.

You’ll collaborate across teams to bring our products to life through strategic storytelling, data-driven insights, and seamless campaign execution, all while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.

Essential Job Functions[1]:

  • Product Positioning: Partner with the product team to craft clear, compelling positioning for both new and existing ETFs—highlighting what sets our offerings apart in a competitive market.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate across teams to produce dynamic marketing materials—from presentations and fact sheets to web and digital content—that tell the story of our products with clarity and impact.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the planning and rollout of targeted marketing campaigns designed to boost awareness and engagement. Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to uncover trends, identify key audiences, and inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product managers, relationship teams, and business intelligence partners to equip stakeholders with the tools and insights needed for success.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Manage the review process for marketing materials, ensuring all assets meet compliance and regulatory standards while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Digital Optimization: Partner with internal and external teams to enhance digital platforms, ensuring our online presence delivers an exceptional and engaging user experience.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in financial services or asset management.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Passion for finance and investment products

 

The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
