The Opportunity
“AI is an exciting, fast-moving industry with massive potential. This role will help us cut through the hype by creating clear, well-researched go-to-market strategies, messaging, and enablement content that support our ambitious growth objectives for the FICO Platform ecosystem. We’re looking for curious, motivated professionals with a passion for the emerging Decision Intelligence space and comfort working with complex business and technology concepts.” Sr Director, Product Marketing.
What You’ll Contribute
Develop well-researched, cross-functionally aligned go-to-market strategies for key high growth segments.
Conduct buyer intelligence projects that clarify the Why Change, Why FICO, and Why Now story for our clients and partners.
Create and distribute messaging frameworks that enable marketing and sales teams to scale efficiently and build high-impact demand generation and sales acceleration materials.
Translate complex or technical topics into clear, accessible narratives that help multiple, distinct audiences quickly understand why they matter.
Ensure all content is fully launched and activated both internally and externally to maximize impact through communication, training, evangelization, and follow-up.
Collaborate and learn from senior staff and technical experts who will serve as mentors, sounding boards, and guides in your development.
What We’re Seeking
Experience with product, platform, or solution marketing at a technology company, or in a related role such as product management, professional services, data science, architecture, UX, or technical writing.
BA/BS degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred). Your ability to connect your education and experience to how you solve problems matters more than your specific major.
Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable working on technical and complex business challenges.
Bonus: A technical degree or prior experience in a technical role or working with AI-native products.
Bonus: Experience working with and navigating multi-sided business ecosystems, including the payment processing industry and global systems integrators.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $98,000 to $154,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
