At Fellow, we’re on a mission to help people brew ridiculously good coffee at home. But we’re more than just beautifully designed kettles and grinders—we’re a brand built on innovation, community, and culture. We believe great coffee isn’t just about the final cup; it’s about the experience, the ritual, and the people who make it all happen.
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and education across our portfolio. This person will translate product work into clear, compelling customer content — and ensure we support product success across its full lifecycle, not just at launch.
In this role, you’ll make complicated capabilities simple and compelling, ensuring our products resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll drive successful product launches that are paired with clear, actionable education, helping customers understand not just what we’ve built, but how to get the most out of it. You’ll also advocate for ongoing product support long after launch, maintaining momentum and deepening customer engagement over time. Most importantly, you’ll connect the dots across teams to make sure we’re not just shipping great products, but supporting them in the ways customers actually experience them.
This role will sit on the Marketing team, report to the VP of Marketing, and work closely with product, creative, support, and brand.
This role is based in our office in San Francisco, CA and requires you to be in-office 3 days per week.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000.
