We’re seeking a Product Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and help us better understand our market, support go-to-market initiatives, and organize key resources for our sales and customer-facing teams. You’ll gain exposure to how a B2B SaaS company positions products, tracks competitors, and supports sales teams with messaging and content.

*This will be a part-time internship role (no more than 20 hours per week) in-person at our San Mateo office beginning in January 2026*

What You Will Do

  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Track news and press releases about AI in customer service; create weekly updates for the marketing team.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Help create internal decks, messaging slides, and other enablement materials.
  • Launch Support: Assist with product launches by drafting FAQs, release notes, and other launch materials.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Build out competitor battlecards in our competitive intelligence tool to help our sales and marketing teams understand market positioning.
  • Buyer Persona Research: Research and help refresh buyer personas, including demographics, psychographics, and technology adoption trends. 

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication and research skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple small projects.
  • Curious about AI, customer experience, and B2B technology.
  • Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets). Familiarity with Crayon or other marketing tools a plus (but not required).
  • Must be able to commute to our San Mateo office within business hours 2x a week.

Intern Program Overview:

  • Duration: 16 weeks
  • Part-time: 20 hours/week
  • Compensation: $30/hour
  • Onsite: 2 days/week at our San Mateo office
