Your new role
As Product Manager Pricing Data Analytics & Reporting you will report functionally to the FMGT Risk Services Product Area lead and are responsible for the Engine and Post Processing product. The FMGT Pricing Core Product Area is part of the FMGT Pricing Tribe.
In this role, you are not only managing the delivery but also functionally leading a group of Product Owners and other contributors across your product group. You are responsible for defining and driving the product, steering execution, and fostering the development of your team members. You do this in close alignment with the Product Area Lead in the broader FM-Financial Risk landscape driven by the business needs to set the future state Financial Risk platform while improving reliability, scalability and time to market.
- You combine in-depth product development expertise with technology and business knowledge to drive the end-to-end product vision.
- Collaborate across your product scope and beyond across the FM> Tribe, INGA, INFRA, CISO, COO domains to ensure scalable and reliable product offerings.
- Steer for standardization and clear purpose with your team of Product Owners.
- Ensure strong stakeholder management.
- Ensure streamlining and prioritization of your deliverables.
- As the main point of contact for various stakeholders (Trading, Sales, Operations, IT, Risk Management ), you will understand the challenges and identify how they can be solved.
Your responsibilities:
- You own the Pricing Data & Analytics product end-to-end, are responsible for the product vision, and define the roadmap to maximise business value through prioritisation of the Product Backlog, considering stakeholder needs and data strategy.
- Close stakeholder management.
- You ensure to drive the transformation program towards the next-gen Financial Risk environment and the transition and embedding of the legacy world into the target environment.
- Guide and ensure the right priority across your teams on the backlog with a strong focus on both functional and non-functional data requirements such as data quality, reliability, scalability, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- You review squad performance metrics with Product Owners, ensuring Pricing Analytics & Reporting Product vision is continuously evolving.
- You act as a functional leader, mentoring team members and cultivating a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence in data product development.

Proven track record:
- Master’s degree level (or equivalent experience);
- 5+ years of experience working on Product initiatives, ideally in complex enterprise environments;
- 7+ years’ proven track record as a Product Manager or scaled Product Owner in data-related domains;
- Strong experience in Agile environments and delivering change through data products;
- Experience working closely with Tech/Data Engineering teams;
- Sound experience in building and realizing data product roadmaps;
- Expertise in driving and steering multidisciplinary teams (BusDevOps/DataOps);
- Proven experience in managing medium to large scale data initiatives with significant impact;
- Experience in migrating legacy systems to modern, strategic data platforms.
A Product Manager displaying the following skills:
- Deep technical knowledge of data products, including architecture, data pipelines, governance, and lifecycle management;
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its data services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, etc.) is a big plus;
- Ability to manage a product in an international context, working across countries and cross-functional teams;
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop Product Owners and other team members, fostering a strong sense of purpose and accountability;
- Ability to interpret and understand technical data requirements and translate them into business value;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and drive alignment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate data product vision and updates to stakeholders;
- Experience in steering delivery of data initiatives with both direct and indirect influenc;
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced Financial Markets environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
