About Loop

Loop is on a mission to unlock profits trapped in the supply chain and lower costs for consumers. Bad data and inefficient workflows create friction that limits working capital and raises costs for every supply chain stakeholder.

Loop’s modern audit and pay platform uses our domain-driven AI to harness the complexity of supply chain data and documentation. We improve transportation spend visibility so companies can control their costs and power profit. That is why industry leaders like J.P. Morgan Chase, ABB, Tyson Foods, and Estee Lauder  work with Loop.

Our investors include J.P. Morgan, Index Ventures, Founders Fund, 8VC, Flexport, and 50 industry-leading angel investors. Our team brings subject matter expertise from companies like Uber, Google, Flexport, Meta, Samsara, Intuit, Rakuten, and long-standing industry leaders like C.H. Robinson.

About the Role

Loop is seeking a Product Manager II who has established themselves as a reliable product owner capable of delivering complex features and initiatives with minimal oversight. This generalist role will own a core product area end-to-end while contributing meaningfully to product strategy and roadmap development.

What You'll Do

  • Own the execution of a full product roadmap with full end-to-end responsibility anchored to one or more of the following Loop customer journeys: Activation & Onboarding or Carrier Expansion.
  • Ship undeniably useful products: Lead conception, strategy, execution, and launch of products that generate value and utility for customers on day 1
  • Champion the customer: Crystallize market and customer insights into user jobs to be done, problems to solve, and use cases to enable
  • Drive product velocity: Work closely with cross-functional partners in data, design, and engineering, driving effective alignment and decisions

What We're Looking For

You're a product manager with at least 2-3 years of experience who has built successful features that deliver utility to end users and customers on Day 1. You thrive in early-stage environments where you can work directly with EPD and GTM teams, translating complex technical capabilities into products that customers actually want to use.

You're naturally curious about customer problems and excel at conducting research interviews that uncover the real jobs-to-be-done behind user requests. Your communication skills help you write clear requirements that keep cross-functional teams aligned, and you can tell compelling stories that rally people around a shared product vision.

Most importantly, you have a growth mindset and approach problems with an innovation-first mentality. You're the type of person who sees complexity and immediately starts thinking about how to make it actionable for your customers and end users.
