What you’ll do:

• Talk to customers and internal leads to understand their pain points and needs
• Drive product delivery from discovery to launch
• Work closely with engineers and the GTM team to ensure customer needs are met and execution is high-quality
• Stay hands-on by scoping and designing features that ship fast and with great quality
• Support the customer success journey by helping unlock users when needed — we all do support.
• Own features and topics end-to-end, and work with the Founding PM to improve delivery and product quality across Lago

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and delivering products for developers (e.g. APIs, infrastructure, platform services).
• Experience building products in B2B environments, with customers and developers as your end-user in mind.
• Experience in a startup/scale-up environment and all of the challenges that come with the fast pace of this work.
• Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Experience and understanding of Open Source technology.
• A real appetite for the early stages of co-creating a product and shaping Lago's future
• Ideally: Some skills in Product Design as well as Product Management.
