Before we get started:
Here at Ingenio, we'd love to talk with you regardless of your qualifications or years of experience. If you believe you’d be a great fit for this role, we invite you to apply even if you do not meet all points on the job description.
Who we are:
Ingenio is a global media and technology company developing products that provide guidance on love, relationships, careers, and all aspects of life. We are passionate about connecting people with the world’s best advisors and content to empower everyone to live happier lives.
Ingenio offers the world’s largest portfolio of over 20 marketplace and media brands in the spiritual and emotional wellness space. Our flagship brands include Keen, Horoscope.com, Astrology.com, Purple Garden, Kasamba, and Kang.
How you’ll be impactful:
We are looking for a product manager to own end-to-end product development across our portfolio of wellness and spiritual services brands. You'll drive features and initiatives that maximize user impact and retention across our two-sided marketplace, working in a fast-paced environment where we ship quickly and measure everything.
As a product manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps that serve millions of users seeking guidance and support and thousands of advisors providing it. Do you find joy in seeing your features ship across multiple platforms and brands, then diving into the data to understand their impact? If so, this could be the perfect match.
What's this team like at Ingenio?
The product team at Ingenio builds and maintains a two-sided marketplace connecting people seeking wellness and spiritual guidance with trusted advisors across multiple brands and platforms.
We believe in shipping quickly, measuring everything, and iterating based on what we learn. We're a cross-functional team that moves fast. You'll work closely with teams across the company to make sure the experiences you and others drive truly serve users and Ingenio itself: Designers, multiple engineering teams (backend, frontend, and more), QA, data analytics, marketing, and marketplace success teams. You'll partner with people across disciplines and time zones, working in a fast-paced environment - and yes, having fun along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the product roadmap for features across all four brands, prioritizing based on user impact and retention metrics
- Define product requirements and specifications based on business objectives, user research, and data analysis
- Collaborate with designers on user experience and interface design, ensuring consistency across brands while respecting each brand's identity
- Work directly with backend, frontend, and mobile engineers to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation
- Design and analyze A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure feature impact
- Partner with marketplace success teams to understand both user and advisor needs and pain points
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate quickly based on data and feedback
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance your productivity and streamline product workflows
- Communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders across the organization
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 2+ years of experience in product management with successful launches in B2C or consumer app environments
You have a track record of shipping features that moved key metrics, and you can tell the story of how you got from idea to impact
- You're comfortable with complexity - managing multiple brands, platforms, and workstreams simultaneously doesn't overwhelm you, it energizes you ● You balance speed and quality, and know when to ship fast versus when to take more time to get it right
- You're deeply analytical and data-driven, but you also know data doesn't make decisions - you do
- You're fluent with AI tools for product management - you already use prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI assistants to make your day-to-day work more productive
- You have strong technical fluency and can have productive conversations with engineers about architecture, APIs, and implementation tradeoffs
- You have excellent communication skills and can translate complex requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences
- You care deeply about understanding customer needs through research, data, and direct user feedback
- You have a growth mindset and approach problems with curiosity rather than assumptions
- You've worked with agile methodologies and are comfortable with rapid iteration cycles
- Bonus: You have two-sided marketplace experience or understanding of marketplace dynamics
- Friendly, talented, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team
- Competitive and comprehensive benefits and perks
- Work in the international company
- Generous holiday and PTO policies
- Technology stipends
- Training and development opportunities and allowance
- Fun and inclusive digital, and in-person events
- Employee groups - global culture committee, fun committee, wellness group and more
- Hybrid working model - work from home up to 3 days/week, our office is located in Petah Tikva
