Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled product manager to join our Customer Experience product team. In this role, working with designers, data analysts and business stakeholders, you will lead improvements, innovations and new vertical launches to the Coupang Travel experience on our mobile app and website. Successful candidates will build products to help attract new customers and improve the experience for our existing customers, ultimately scaling the overall business in Travel. We're seeking someone hands-on with a structured mindset, strong analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, and strong project management abilities. 
 
What You Will Do
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for one or more areas within travel customer experience
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, identifying use cases, and establishing success metrics
- Develop hypotheses to innovate our customer experience, working closely with designers to push the boundaries of user experience, and validating them through experimentation with clearly defined user input and business output metrics
- Identify opportunities to generate revenue by removing any friction points in the end-to-end customer/seller experience
- Drive new product development with clear objectives and timelines, fostering cross-functional collaboration across teams and employing rigorous project management methodologies
- Leverage data to uncover insights, define KPIs, and measure product performance. Conduct A/B testing and post-launch analysis. 
 
Essential Qualifications 
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, including developing, delivering and executing on a strong product vision
- Analytical thinker who works well in a fast-paced, data-driven and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture with experience presenting insights to senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get any job done
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and make trade-offs in a fast-paced environment
- Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel is a plus 
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Lean practices and software development
- Fluent in English

Document Return Policy
