ResMed is on a global digital transformation journey that will reshape the way we deliver to patients, partners, and markets. As part of this initiative, we’re looking for an execution-focused and collaborative Product Manager to drive transformation within APAC Distribution and Trade Operations.
This is a techno-functional role that sits at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and business transformation. You’ll play a pivotal part in implementing Oracle Fusion ERP and other distribution-focused programs, mapping the current state to the future state, and guiding APAC markets through this change.
You’ll act as the bridge between global strategy and local execution, ensuring solutions are designed with APAC needs in mind while staying aligned to global standards. This is not about coding or building Fusion modules—it’s about shaping processes, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption across the region.
This role reports to the Head of Global Distribution Product Tech, directly manages a Business Analyst, and collaborates closely with global stakeholders in Europe, the US, and across APAC markets.

Let’s Talk About the Role:
Regional Product Ownership & Transformation
Act as APAC product lead for Oracle Fusion ERP and related distribution programs.
Ensure regulatory, trade, and documentation needs across APAC are embedded in solution design.
Translate global platforms into practical, compliant, and scalable regional solutions.
Partner with regional leaders to manage expectations and drive adoption.
Workflow Design & Documentation
Run workshops to capture As-Is and To-Be processes in distribution, logistics, and order fulfillment.
Map workflows and requirements in Miro, Visio, or similar tools.
Document business cases, use cases, and requirements with clear traceability to testing.
Data & Validation
Use SQL, Excel, or reporting tools to run impact analysis and validate scenarios.
Coordinate UAT, manage testers, validate results, and secure sign-offs.
Collaborate with global teams to prioritize defects and refine solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Represent APAC in global program reviews, design sessions, and validation meetings.
Work closely with IT, GTS, and operations teams to align business and technology.
Provide change management support and ensure clear communications across markets.
Team Leadership
Manage and develop a Business Analyst to support documentation, testing, and communications.
Introduce structure and best practices for requirement gathering and analysis.
Promote a culture of collaboration, structured thinking, and process excellence.
Let’s Talk About You:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
5+ years in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Business Process Optimization.
Strong understanding of Distribution, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Trade operations.
Familiarity with APAC regulatory and operational nuances.
Experience leading process workshops and documenting requirements.
Strong data skills (SQL, Excel, Tableau or similar).
Proficiency in workflow design tools (Visio, Miro, etc.).
Hands-on involvement in UAT and process validation within regulated industries.
Excellent communication skills across diverse cultures and stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing Business Analysts or similar roles.
Prior work on ERP transformations (Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS strongly preferred).
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Objective, or Smartsheet.
Background in regulated industries (MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma).
Lean/Six Sigma skills and/or Product Management certification.
