Position Overview and Objective
The Product Manager – Managed Security Awareness (MA) is responsible for supporting the definition, planning and continuous evolution of our MA offering to help enhance security preparedness in organizations and contribute to eliminating risk therein, in-line Arctic Wolf’s stated mission. This role requires strong in-bound product management skills with demonstrated ability to contribute to “outbound” product management initiatives as needed including Go-to-Market. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with engineering and UX teams to decompose business needs into detailed technical requirements and ensure consistent value delivery.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Own and proactively drive product requirements definition, documentation, delivery, and successful outcomes in your assigned area:
Aligned to strategy and product direction as defined by PM leadership
Clear business cases, use-cases, value propositions, acceptance, and success criteria.
High quality written requirements in the system of record with required sections and details.
Stakeholder reviews and alignment.
Engineering partnership and clarity.
Own and proactively drive accomplishment of the operational needs within your assigned area of the team:

Requires Skills and Knowledge
3+ years in product management or technical product delivery roles, with at least 1 year in cybersecurity or a related area.
Demonstrated proficiency in defining product roadmaps and authoring product requirements within an agile development environment.
Demonstrated experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, identifying release candidates and driving product releases from definition to completion
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, customers and partners to:
understand market needs/pains and accordingly define and validate product requirements
ensure success of Go-to-Market plans/initiatives of product launches and releases
Customer and market-centric outlook to product management supported by data-driven decision making
Experience/familiarity with Security Awareness, Human Risk Management and Risk Management concepts and solutions is highly preferred
Familiarity with information security best practices and compliance frameworks, especially areas/sections therein pertaining to Security Awareness and Human Risk Management is highly desired
