The Opportunity

The Content team within Adobe Express is seeking a Product Manager with established expertise in content & content management systems to define and implement a strategy to scale our Express templates and assets that help users get started. You’ll champion how our content shows up across surfaces and scale our production pipeline and curation controls. You’ll lead the charge to ensure our content system adapts to a changing, agentic-first industry, where users want increasingly customized starting points.

The ideal candidate is a systems-level problem solver, who understands how changes to one part of our pipeline has cascading effects on our users and clients. They excel at partner management and enjoy collaborating with many teams and functions, from Content Design to Engineering. They’re happy to get into the weeds to diagnose problems, and equally capable of championing a multi-year roadmap and vision. The right candidate is ready to geek out on what it means to give a user the “best” templates and brainstorm how to give users practical (not “flashy”) AI experiences. They foster an inclusive, candid, and respectful culture, bring their genuine selves to work, and appreciate the art of well-structured documentation.

What you’ll do

  • Define the future of how we scale our templates and starting points in a generative, agentic world
  • Partner with Adobe Stock to optimize the E2E journey for our contributor community that scales Express template production
  • Implement greater controls in our internal content management system, Tempo, so that our Content Design team can curate the right templates, depending on the surface and user
  • Onboard new clients to our content systems and assist them with a content strategy and experimentation roadmap, to drive qualified Express traffic from external surfaces
  • Be an optimization wizard. Understand our technical systems well enough to produce documentation that our clients can understand, to reduce administrative overhead

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Inherently collaborative and positive, with a strong sense of ownership and empathy
  • Minimum 4 years of product management experience, but relevant experience is more important than exact number of years
  • Proficient in technical subject matters, such as content metadata and search ranking; comfortable with learning about system architecture and translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills – equally able to talk to engineers, designers, senior executives, and users
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively and work sustainably
