Responsibilities
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager within an enterprise software company
Strong technical knowledge of IP-based networks, architecture, design, and management - especially in telecommunications and managed hosting environments
Proven understanding of software development processes and the full product lifecycle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation
Confident in engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including customers and cross-functional teams
Professional and polished in delivering presentations and training sessions, with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences
Skilled in conducting both formal and informal training sessions effectively
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Capable of guiding and supporting customers through on-site, virtual, and phone-based interactions
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
Fast learner with a proactive attitude toward adopting new tools and techniques
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams to drive business outcomes
Experience working in agile software development environments
Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering; MBA is a strong asset
Familiarity with current software technologies, industry trends, and strategic approaches
Experience with macOS, Linux, and Windows Server is a plus
Completion of Pragmatic Institute’s “Practical Product Management” course is an advantage
Willingness to travel as required; must maintain a valid passport
