Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Product Development Manager and other key point(s) of contact
- Liaison between the business, IT and other relevant departments / teams from a user experience.
- Holds regular meetings with the Product Development Manager to review and discuss user experience and ways to improve.
- Accountable for creating and maintaining a RACI matrix related to product migrations, new products and enhanced products.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining any SOPs, process maps and other relevant process improvement tools related to the product user experience.
- Participate in product rollouts to design and develop the onboarding of internal user teams, including existing and new features, receive feedback, and collaborate with teams to continue the evolution of the user onboarding experience.
- Develops training and learning to support user workflow with different levels of experience.
- Works closely with Learning and Performance (L&P) to incorporate user onboarding in existing and new L&P programs where appropriate.
- Gathers training and support requirements from internal teams to scope the work associated with the roll out of products.
- Work with the Product Development Manager and other relevant teams to gather and incorporate feedback, where appropriate, in the user onboarding experience of product(s).
- Work closely with the Product Development Manager to manage user items in cases of escalations.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Completion of a Bachelors’ degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education of at least 3-5 years in a related field
- Knowledge of biologics, specialty drugs or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Broad training in fields such as business administration, operations, continual process improvement, and quality
- 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in patient support programs

- Advanced ability to learn and understand new systems and software
