Job Description
This posting is for a Product Engineer that will be responsible for the development, qualification, and lifecycle management of transceiver products in different technologies. This role involves close collaboration with design, process, test, and reliability teams to ensure robust product performance, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support product engineering activities for ICs from NPI, NTI and technology transfers to mass production, including planning phase
- Support product characterization, qualification (e.g., AEC-Q100), and reliability testing.
- Analyze electrical test data (CP, FT, HTOL, etc.) to identify trends, outliers, and improvement opportunities.
- Support yield enhancement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for product issues.
- Qualification of products as well as cost optimization and quality of products.
- Resolving test and product related issues and facilitating cross-functional teams and departments in problem-solving activities.
- Perform device characterization and evaluation for above and other continuous improvement activities.
- Use art statistical analysis tools to drill down the root cause of product failure and identify resolution for process or program improvement.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years semiconductor product engineering experience
- Strong passion for wafer processes and device physics
- Experience with some data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Excel), capability to use Exensio Yield is a strong plus
- Familiarity with probe/test data analysis.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in English language required
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Relevant working experience in semiconductor industry
- Fast learner, ambitious, passionate about semiconductors and technology
- Good communications skills and readiness to work cross-functionally.
