The Role:

As Product Enablement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing inland and terminal value-added services (VAS) across APM Terminals Nigeria. You’ll bridge the gap between product strategy and execution, ensuring products are successfully adopted, scaled, and continuously improved. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with commercial, operational, and marketing teams, as well as engagement with external stakeholders including government agencies, strategic partners, and key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the link between commercial and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Manage inland and terminal products post-launch across Apapa, Onne, and Kano, driving revenue and volume growth
  • Develop product training materials and deliver training to sales and frontline teams
  • Create and maintain product collateral including SOPs, user guides, FAQs, and process flows
  • Coordinate with marketing and commercial intelligence to develop localized go-to-market strategies
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies to support product enablement
  • Monitor product performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Identify inefficiencies and feed insights back into product development
  • Ensure the APMT website and digital platforms reflect the latest product information
  • Support global product alignment by collaborating with the global product team
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across product lines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Lean-minded: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement – someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day
  • A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Development or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, project implementation, or enablement roles, ideally in logistics, shipping, or terminal operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into product solutions
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and influencing across levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for driving meaningful change

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of product enablement in one of the most dynamic regions of global trade. If you’re ready to make an impact and grow with a company that values your ideas and ambition, we’d love to hear from you.
