- Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp. Test, validate structural/functional test content in manufacturing environment using digital testing equipment, analyze products' performance and perform first level debug when issue detected.
- Defines and set priorities for the product development team, manages team performance, and plans and provides resources to meet schedules, standards and cost
- Evaluates and influence product design and supply chain requirements for appropriate manufacturing and quality process, system, tools and procedures for testability and manufacturability.
- Provides manufacturing and quality domain expertise to lead cross functional projects to resolves complex roadblocks throughout the entire product cycle. Leads team efforts in unit cost reductions through test time reduction and content optimization and methodologies as well as other efforts to drive continuous improvement in support of operational excellences
- Provides oversight in yield and quality improvement activities through data analysis, debug, root cause and implementation into production. Manages team resources for agility, focus and execution efficiency to deliver outcomes alight to organization goals.
- Creating plans, communicating and executing to plans efficiently and be agile/flexible and adapt to changes and drive them across a diverse and complex organization
- Drives results by inspiring people, role modelling intel values, developing the capabilities of other and ensuring a production work environment
- Manages team resources for agility, focus and execution efficiency to deliver outcomes alight to organization goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical, microelectronics, computer engineering
Min 20 years experience in silicon test development or related business or related manager position (manager/Team lead position only)
Preference qualification
Extensive experience in Semiconductor digital test content development
Good knowledge and understanding of silicon product test development, silicon debugging, characterization, yield analysis
Experience in leading and managing teams is crucial
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
