We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Product Developer – Women’s to join our team and lead the development of high-quality, performance-driven products that meet Gymshark’s standards. This role is critical in ensuring our women’s product category is developed on time, meets our aesthetic and technical expectations, and delivers on our brand promise to our community.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Leading and managing the end-to-end product development process for the women’s category.
- Owning the product development critical path, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Collaborating with design and technical teams to ensure product construction, fit, and quality align with Gymshark standards.
- Acting as the key point of contact for all technical aspects of your products.
- Coordinating cross-functionally with teams including colour, raw materials, fit, and quality.
- Ensuring all products meet safety, regulatory, sustainability, and performance standards.
- Partnering with suppliers and vendors to ensure timelines and specifications are met.
- Maintaining accurate documentation including tech packs and sealed samples.
- Proactively identifying and resolving development challenges to avoid delays.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and technical development.
- Proven experience managing product development timelines and processes.
- Technical understanding of colour development, raw materials, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and product compliance standards.
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, sourcing, production, and QA teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in PLM systems, Excel, CAD software, and other development tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 4 days a week at GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
