About the job

As a Product Data Specialist in Kolding, where you will be the bridge between teams across design, manufacturing, sales, purchasing, after-sales, quality, and logistics. You’ll help ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and aligned across the organization, while gaining hands-on experience in cross-functional processes and preparing for future global responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

• Monitor and maintain product data to identify gaps and ensure high-quality standards.
• Coordinate improvements and align processes across different teams and functions.
• Own local data governance, including classification, data definition, and status management.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to colleagues on data policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the wider Alfa Laval master data organization.
• Contribute to initiatives preparing for eventual expansion of responsibilities to a global scale.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong skills in Excel and a willingness to learn new tools, such as Power BI (a plus).
• Understanding of data management principles and experience with ERP or PLM systems is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator who enjoys training, supporting, and collaborating with colleagues locally and globally.
• Interest in product data management and contributing to cross-functional projects in a global organization.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both oral and written.
• Motivated to learn, take initiative, and grow in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Location: Onsite in Kolding, with travel expected around 10 days per year.
