  • Knowledge or experience with NetSuite or Salesforce best practices and data management is a plus

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

  •  Lead cross-functional teams in complex projects, driving product strategy and execution.
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts and team members, fostering skill development and best practices.
  • Influence product direction by presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and improve processes for Revenue Cloud (quote-to-cash, subscription billing), Commerce Cloud (B2C storefronts, order management), Commissions (incentive compensation), and Payments (integration with gateways, reconciliation)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce modules (RCA, RCB, B2C Commerce, Spiff, Gr4vy, OneSource, Oracle, etc.)
  • Execute and manage configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Billing, Payments solutions. Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology is preferred
  • Conduct data analysis using Salesforce reports, Power BI, and SQL to generate actionable insights for revenue growth, billing efficiency, and payment reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely updates on product enhancements, defect resolution, and project milestones for billing, payments, and commissions initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of product management processes, including workflow diagrams, integration flows, and user guides for Salesforce modules

Desired Qualifications

  • Require min 5 years of relevant experience in product analysis, data science, or analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Systems, Data Science and Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Billing, Payments, and Commissions.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce best practices for data management and integration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to resolve complex business problems and handle ambiguity.
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
