1.      Technical Support and Quotation Preparation

Prepares accurate and timely technical and commercial proposals for non mining projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

Upon receipt of the order, prepare and transfer the relevant order documentations to the appropriate department for further processing.

2.      Documentation and Reporting

Maintains accurate technical documentation and regularly updates supervisors on task progress while contributing to performance reporting and analysis.

3.      Customer Interaction

Serves as a technical point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and clarifying project-related technical matters.
