The Product Analyst Senior serves as a strategic and technical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role is responsible for analyzing complex business/product problems and identifying opportunities to solve them through automated systems and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leading initiatives to resolve complex business/product challenges directly with business.
Answering business questions and solving complex problems through data analysis of complex data sets, using visuals to explain.
Translating requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria (using Gherkin syntax).
Collaborating with the delivery team and Product Owner to ensure successful execution.
Identifying user/customer needs and recommending alternative methods to meet those needs.
Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders and documenting outcomes in artifacts (process flows, spreadsheets, PowerPoint pictures).
Supporting roadmap creation, business architecture, and change management initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
MUST HAVE
5-7 years of related product analysis experience with data focus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering through that lifecycle.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and proficient in SQL to extract and analyze data from databases.
Ability to lead small teams through discovery and execution and to work independently on self-initiated assignments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job requires experience using MS Office applications including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
