Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Procurement Support Specialist to join our Global Procurement Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end operational and tactical support for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across multiple business units and countries. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely transaction processing. The Procurement Operations team is a fast-paced environment that serves as an ambassador for established procedures and policies, directly impacting the company's financial health and vendor relationships.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Provide Tier 1 Functional Support for the Oracle Cloud Procurement module, including requisition creation, editing, receipt management, and error message troubleshooting for internal customers across multiple countries.
Manage Transaction Flow and Compliance by facilitating the timely payment of both Purchase Order (PO) and non-PO invoices, coordinating urgent payment requests (wires and checks), and submitting monthly accruals for relevant transactions.
Drive Operational Excellence by assisting Sourcing Professionals on tactical non-strategic initiatives, performing PO maintenance, reconciling critical vendor accounts, and serving as the operational ambassador to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
6+ years of experience in an operational support organization, with a preference for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with 6–10 years of direct experience preferred.
Proven ability in problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships.
