【業務内容】
60% · Develop and implement of sourcing strategies initiatives in Japan including:
o Take the lead to identify Japan cost optimization opportunities, drive purchasing process and strategy compliance, and track value in cost/quality/service achieved through contract negotiation and bidding processes including:
§ Spend analysis to identify Japan key non-trade category and develop category strategy. § Lead the RFI/RFP process for goods and services in accordance with company policy and procedures.
§ Maintain regular and appropriate internal and external communications throughout the Procurement process.
§ Perform data analysis to analyze the total cost of ownership of submitted proposals.
§ Lead the commercial and legal agreement negotiation strategies for assigned contracts.
§ Lead change management activities in support of the sourcing process.
§ Develop and implement cost structure template for Deckers business needs where necessary.
o Strong bi-lingual (English & Japanese) capability to provide insights in APAC and Global category strategy development and also implantation of APAC and Global category strategy in Japan region.
o Contract lifecycle management process for Japan.
20% · Procurement Policy and Process Implementation and Training in Japan, including:
o Independently lead the implementation and training of Global procurement policy and process training in Japan region from 0-1 including translation and communication of training documents and maintenance of training resources.
o Liaise with Global iProcurement team to guide Japan iProcurement users and vendors.
10% · Utilize Procurement Software for RFP process management.
o Timely update RFP boards in Procurement software (Monday.com)
o Able to implement new Procurement tool and function implementation in Japan region independently.
10% · Implementation of Deckers Travel Program in Japan.
【Education】
Required · Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
【Experience & Background】
· At least 4+ years of experience in indirect procurement with experience in Retail related categories is preferred.
【Skill】
Competencies · Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including excellent Microsoft Excel skills
· Strong understanding of Procure to Pay process
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as
· Strong interpersonal, influence, and decision-making skills
· Strong negotiation, analytical, problem solving, organization, and project management skills
· Experience in contract management · Must possess a high level of integrity and dependability
· Ability of project management · Must be a motivated, self-starter with proven ability to work both independently and with teammates
· Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse stakeholders, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities will be a plus
· Procurement experience or knowledge on indirect procurement categories including Marketing, Retail Construction, VM, Travel will be a plus
· Fluent in Japanese plus English or Mandarin - verbal and written
· Experience in Oracle iProcurement will be a plus
