Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service through Case Management
Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and issues.
Maintain accurate records and data, including customer information and service history
Provide support to customers and internal teams as needed
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or more experienced colleagues as necessary.
Requirements:
2-3 years of customer service experience
Prior experience in the shipping industry with international calling exposure
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
