The naming convention of this position should be Process Associate ITP, this position is a “B3” Level and should provide support for Invoice Processing, Payments and T&E activities related with Axapta Markets (Colombia, Mexico and Puerto Rico)

What will you be doing? 

The I2P Specialist processor for Axapta Markets is responsible for receive and book on daily basis all manual Travel and Expense transactions, in addition collaborate into the bookings of Custom third-party invoices utilizing AX2012 system. The role will require development and managing complex Tax selections during the invoice processing and recognition of T&E transactions, the execution of both activities should be performed timely and accurately. This role also should perform the periodic verification of electronic invoice reception for Colombia, attending all local statutory requirements. This role also should provide support to key business stakeholders (Internal and External Clients).  The role requires updating policies and SOPs, providing key insights to the local Colombia tax organization, maintaining excellent service levels, and handling business w/o escalations.  The role will include managing reconciling AP and T&E Control accounts. The ideal candidate should be analytical, deadline driven, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask and complete multiple deliverables in the same deadline time.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare daily basis T&E expense recognition into AX2012 system for LATAM markets (COL, MX and PR) Ensure expenditures are booked in the corresponding period accurately in line with Finance manual, quality management framework and minimum acceptable practices Attend accrual and Expense employees’ inquiries. Participate in the monthly accounting close process, including both preparing and reviewing journal entries Preparation of reconciliations for key AP control accounts Verification and Reconciliation of Electronical Invoicing transactions, attending local requirements and updating periodically WHT matrix for GBS Pune posting.

What will you need to be successful?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of financial or accounting experience. 

Knowledge:

  • Excel, Axapta, Financial Control and Compliance
