Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Support team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a consulting analyst, you will work as part of a team supporting consultants in all aspects of pensions consulting and actuarial work on both corporate and trustee clients.
You will work directly with consultants based in Ireland, as well as support teams located in both Portugal and Ireland, to coordinate and manage the delivery of services to our clients.
We will count on you to:
- Provide a full range of support and services to clients of the Private Wealth team.
- Support the team in processing new and existing business in a compliant manner.
- Draft client reports and collate valuations in line with the peer review process.
- Assist with pipeline reporting via online websites and the CRM system.
- Perform daily scanning, filing, and indexing of documentation into the CRM system.
- Handle all queries and allocated tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Liaise with all third parties and insurance companies as required.
- Continuously update and maintain client details in accordance with established procedures and systems.
- Process claims related to retirement, death, and disability.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the delivery of excellent service.
- Support the Team Leader and Division Manager with ongoing and future projects.
- Ensure the CRM database is maintained accurately and in line with procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and assist with projects as needed.
What you need to have:
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2).
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills in order to prioritize and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks.
- Proven team player with a flexible attitude towards work.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and satisfaction.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Good attention to detail is critical.
