Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst to join our team on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.

Position Overview:

As a SIGINT Analyst, you will be our specialist in the electromagnetic domain. You'll be responsible for intercepting, analyzing, and reporting on foreign communications and non-communications signals to support national security objectives across the entire intelligence cycle. Your expertise will be critical in identifying vulnerabilities and enabling targeted disruption of adversarial command and control networks.

Responsibilities:

As the SIGINT Analyst, you will perform and supervise the analysis and reporting of intercepted foreign communications and non-communications signals, producing intelligence reports and submitting critical information alerts. This involves acquiring, processing, and analyzing electromagnetic emissions, operating electronic equipment, conducting signals exploitation, using analytical tools and databases, developing intelligence processes, analyzing communication networks, monitoring signal activity, assembling intelligence on various networks, and delivering insights to support strategic decision-making and develop innovative solutions for adversarial defeat.

Required Skills

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance (required).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Signals Intelligence or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of proven SIGNIT experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong understanding of conventional and unconventional military activities, installations, and equipment.
  • Experience maintaining analytical working aids and databases.
  • Possession of excellent analytical and time management skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Signals Intelligence analysis, reporting, and exploitation.
  • Proficiency with electronic warfare equipment, SIGINT collection systems, and analytical tools.
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic spectrum operations, protocols, and communication networks.

Primary Level Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
