Overall Purpose:
Responsible for supporting project execution and strategy development, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. This role emphasizes effective resource coordination, adherence to industry-standard methodologies, and the enablement of customer experience and operational excellence (OPEX) strategies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Strategy Development and Enablement:
    Drive strategy development focused on customer experience and OPEX. Develop and manage data- and AI-driven metric performance strategies, as well as strategic pilots and trials to advance organizational objectives.

  • End-to-End Project Management:
    Oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and fulfillment of defined quality standards.

  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
    Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide successful execution and ensure alignment with project objectives.

  • Stakeholder and Vendor Communication:
    Foster regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors by providing project updates, facilitating meetings (including strategic alignment meetings), and managing expectations. Coordinate with the Credit & Collections team in Finance (Gass and Harley teams) and other relevant CARE partners.

  • Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution:
    Uphold quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues or risks. Manage credits and adjustments, PCF, and FDP, and follow up on site visit action items.

  • System, Process, and Policy Evolution:
    Coordinate the evolution of systems, processes, and policies with relevant CARE partners to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Additional Duties:
    Support processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and team collaboration as required.

  • Key Measures of Success:
    Performance will be evaluated based on metrics such as Resolve rate, Average Handle Time (AHT), IVT/TVT, ORS, and tool utilization.

Recognized as an expert in the field, this individual leverages broad business knowledge and strategic insight into emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. They lead critical, high-impact projects, design and implement innovative business strategies, and work with minimal oversight. This role frequently consults with senior leadership, influences executive decisions, serves as a mentor, and assists others with challenging issues.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred. Minimum of 7 years of related experience. Certification may be required in certain areas.

Our Principal Program/Project Management earns between $98,100 - $228,600 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
