Join us as we expand our international footprint and strengthen our payments platform for the next stage of growth.
As Principal Product Manager – International Payments, you will lead the global payments expansion strategy — integrating new Payment Service Providers (PSPs), enabling local payment methods, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations (e.g., PCI, NF525, Verifactu, e-Invoicing, and local acquiring rules). You will partner closely with engineering, compliance, finance, and GTM teams to ensure our merchants can accept payments and get paid reliably in every key market. This is a high-impact, senior individual-contributor role driving cross-border enablement and shaping the architecture of the global payments stack.
•Define and drive the International Payments strategy, balancing market expansion, PSP diversification, and compliance priorities.
•Lead integrations with regional PSPs and local payment methods (e.g., SEPA, BACS, FPS, UPI, Konbini) — from evaluation through go-live.
•Build a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., EU PSD2, NF525 France, Malaysia e-Invoicing, Verifactu Spain) and partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence.
•Develop a clear roadmap for payment readiness by market tier, aligned to business priorities and merchant needs.
•Collaborate with Finance and Operations to improve settlement, reconciliation, and cross-border payouts.
•Partner with Engineering on scalable architecture for multi-PSP orchestration, routing logic, and risk/reliability controls.
•Establish metrics for payment success rates, attach, and cost optimization across markets.
•Represent Payments in cross-functional international initiatives, ensuring alignment between product, GTM, and platform engineering.
•Drive competitive research and stay ahead of global payments and compliance trends.
•8–10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in Payments — preferably in global or multi-market contexts.
•Proven experience leading PSP integrations, acquiring/payment method expansion, or cross-border payment infrastructure.
•Deep understanding of payment flows, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and merchant/PSP relationships.
•Exposure to compliance and regulatory frameworks in global markets (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC).
•Strong technical fluency — able to collaborate closely with engineers on APIs, orchestration layers, and transaction flows.
•Strategic and data-driven — comfortable defining and tracking key metrics for reliability, cost, and attach.
•Exceptional stakeholder management across product, engineering, finance, compliance, and GTM functions.
•Experience with B2B SaaS or platform payments is a plus.
You’re a builder and a connector. You think in systems and love solving complex, cross-border challenges. You balance strategic thinking with a bias for action and excel in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.
You’re deeply curious about how money moves across borders and how to make that experience simple and compliant for global merchants.
At Mindbody, we value curiosity, collaboration, and craft. You’ll join a diverse, mission-driven team shaping the next generation of payments infrastructure
