Reporting to the Senior Sales Director of Nike Sportswear, your main collaborators will be Nike Sportswear and Energy team members in Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning across Greater China and Global, the NBHD and RNWY account teams and accounts.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Principal in sales who will work with the Sportswear Leadership in Greater China to develop and execute seasonal sales plans, managing allocations and financial plans for multiple accounts and channels and leading seasonal sales gates. This role will help foster key market and account insights back into the sport teams to inform future strategies and marketplace opportunities.
The ideal candidate has a proven record of leading key business initiatives with clear results, developing and executing plans in highly matrixed environments, and has a strong leadership presence working cross-functionally. The capacity to deal with ambiguity and high resilience while influencing enterally and externally will be key to the success of this role.
Strategic Planning:
Develop, apply, and oversee the strategic account strategy. Create and implement short and long-term business plans for achieving revenue growth and other financial targets. Lead and oversee the process for realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives, business analysis, and new sales opportunities. Enterprise mapping of the NSW retail marketplace to drive deep consumer connections and create a halo for other retail distribution channels.
