Join Adobe as a Principal Engineering Program Manager in Bucharest and play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation that powers our world-class products. As part of the Adobe Unified Platform, this is your chance to lead strategy and execution across Developer Platforms — the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that enables Adobe developers to innovate faster and deliver exceptional experiences to millions of customers worldwide.
You’ll drive critical programs across platform teams, partnering with product, engineering, and business leaders to influence direction, improve efficiency, and set new standards for excellence.
You’ll need to bring clear communication, sound judgment, and technical fluency to the table. Your responsibilities will involve synchronizing priorities with outcomes, developing comprehensive delivery plans spanning various teams and interdependencies, handling risks and trade-offs, and upholding transparency at all times. With a strong bias for action, you’ll identify barriers early and propose innovative solutions that unlock clarity and velocity across teams.
