Pricing Systems Analyst III

Overview:

This role is responsible for pricing condition set up, maintenance and documentation.  Position creates pricing conditions in SFDC that include both resale markups and also additional costing discounts.  The position is responsible for the integrity of the pricing conditions within the SFDC ERP systems.  Work with the profit managers on desired structures, sales/quoting teams on troubleshooting of issues, vendors for any new vendor onboarding or new programs, IT on any new development or defect resolution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

    Creation, implementation, maintenance and improvement of assigned business process ensuring system integrity and compliance to established governance requirements (20%)

    Develops solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variables. Determines best method to achieve results and may make suggestions to improve policies and procedures. Works with IT to resolve any defect/issue through testing (20%)

    Represents organization as a prime contact on projects or contracts. Interacts frequently with senior professionals and management and often has to coordinate the work between departments or organizations (10%)

    Troubleshoots and resolves systems issues related to pricing issues (10%)

    Tests system to ensure proper configuration set-up. (10%)

    Proficiently applies expertise when working with system related tools (10%)

    Resolves issues via training, updates to pricing, or system defects/enhancement identification (5%)

    May establish new vendors, new programs from suppliers and/or internal customers, performs mass data loads (5%)

    Prepares and analyzes ad hoc reports and provides summaries of data (5%)

    Maintains required documentation (5%)

Qualifications:

Experience:

    5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.

Education & Certifications:

    Bachelor's Degree preferred.

    Some College required.

    Other Education / Certifications: SFDC experience preferred

Working Conditions:

   Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

   Professional, office environment.

   Able to use relevant computer system applications at an advanced level.
