• Responsible for creating and maintaining the price lists in Oracle. This includes creating and maintaining discount/surcharge modifier and any pricing related tasks.
• Checking of Quotes in CRM to ensure accuracy with price communicated to customer.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing data in Oracle targeting to eliminate pricing errors. Investigate any pricing discrepancies and obtain rectification timeously to prevent further discrepancies in Oracle.
• Work closely with Sales leaders/Sales/Customer Service /Operation/Finance to provide guidance on pricing procedures.
• To assist in any other pricing/business related ad hoc project.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
Technical Competence & Skills:
• Ability to effectively present ideas & communicate with team members within Global organization, ability to write routine reports and correspondence and ability to speak confidently & effectively before groups of other Donaldson colleagues.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Access and MS PowerPoint and the use of mobile technology.
• Meticulous in numbers.
• A team player and able to work independently.
Relevant Experience:
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience. Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Preferably with exposure to manufacturing.
Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
• Effective written and verbal skills in English Language are mandatory.
• Japanese/Chinese language is a plus.
• Training and development will be provided.
