Join Intel's SoC PreSi Power & Performance Team
Shape the Future of Processor Technology
Join our System-on-Chip (SoC) Power & Performance group, where we play a crucial role in defining next-generation processors. Collaborate with talented teammates and experts from multiple Intel teams - including architecture, design, process, platform, post-silicon and even marketing - to create accurate power and performance models, project SoC performance at defined power limits, and recommend optimizations for power reduction and best-in-class performance.
What You'll Do:
• Gain end-to-end exposure to Intel's processor development lifecycle - from initial architecture definitions through design implementation to final product validation
• Master power and performance tools and methodologies to generate critical data that influence Intel's highest-level decision-making. These insights guide project managers and senior leadership in determining SoC maximum frequencies and shaping how Intel customers design platforms across laptops, desktops, gaming systems, and tablets
• Conduct in-depth studies requiring strong CPU design and architecture expertise
• Recommend design optimizations and product enhancements based on analytical findings
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive product improvements across multiple performance areas
• Validate real-world results against theoretical estimations
