The Practice Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting the various elements of our practice management program (Practice Management Network) from a client facing perspective and project management and development perspective including strategy, stakeholder input, content creation, design, compliance, CE (if applicable), firm approvals, digital strategy, analytics, and rollout. Our Practice Management Network supports relationship development and client engagement with the organizations’ broker dealer and financial advisor clients and prospects. The position will support the retail sales teams in both the US and Canada.
The position will report to The Head of Retail Practice Management, North America and requires the individual to have a desire to continue to learn and understand the educational needs of financial advisors, intermediaries, and their clients including subjects such as business development, wealth planning expertise, and portfolio construction.
Position Responsibilities:
Act as a keynote speaker for the sales team delivering Practice Management Network presentations (primarily virtually but occasionally in-person).
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide support to help them work with financial advisors to implement our practice management resources in their advisory practices.
Project management of specified programs and projects involving internal and external partners and production resources including negotiating timelines and deliverables.
Improve on current metrics reporting and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, using this information to drive continuous improvement in our programs.
Participate in and contribute to strategic initiatives, encouraging engagement with Global Retail Distribution Enablement, Sales and Marketing (and other departments and divisions of the organization as well as external clients).
Participate in and contribute to the development of content including power point presentations, supporting collateral, and video.
Participate in and contribute to the development of brand and digital strategy as well as promotional strategies for Practice Management Network.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Forward looking mentality and student of the business - Your finger is on the pulse of trend craftingng our industry and ability to align with the sales team to understand the issues facing advisors.
CFP preferred (or current enrolment and significant proven progress in CFP program) or willingness to pursue designation preferred.
CEPA or willingness to acquire designation within the first 3 months.
5+ years of financial services experience, preferably working with Financial Advisors.
Strong presentation skills.
Up to 25% travel.
Strong organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated – ability to work independently.
Solid understanding of Office 365, Seismic, Salesforce, and AdMaster preferred.
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work results and projects for internal clients based on shifting business needs.
Ability to handle internal and external resources to bring projects to fruition.

Salary range is expected to be between
