We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI Reporting Developer to join our team and drive business decision-making through impactful data visualization and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced reports, analytics, and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our data-driven decision-making processes by leveraging your technical expertise in analytics, coding, and data visualization to extract, transform, and analyze data that generates actionable insights. Your work will help us further automate reporting, develop new and efficient data products, and continuously improve existing ones to enable smarter business decisions.
Design and develop interactive, insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI
Develop and maintain relational data models to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust BI solutions
Integrate Power BI reports with various data sources, including BigQuery, APIs, and other platforms
Optimize the performance of BI tools by designing efficient data models and queries
Respond to reporting requests with analytical understanding to deliver meaningful insights
Maintain documentation for all developed reports and dashboards
Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and IT teams to refine reporting needs and improve data products
Perform data validation and ensure consistency and integrity across systems
Implement row-level security and understand Power BI application security layers
Continuously improve existing data products to support evidence-based decision-making
Stay current with the latest Power BI features and industry trends
2+ years of experience in Power BI development or similar data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)
Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M language)
Strong understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Knowledge of Customer Service operations and metrics
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with or knowledge of Google Cloud Contact Center AI Platform (CCAIP) is beneficial
Familiarity with Looker and Google BigQuery is also beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Relevant certifications in Power BI, SQL, or data analytics are an advantage
