About the role:  

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla Pool/Beach Attendant assumes a pivotal role in each aspect of providing fun, relaxation and recreation directly and indirectly to the overall satisfaction of the guests and the ultimate success of the resort. The Pool/Beach Attendant should be able to respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering the best in class service and can inspire the same results in their team. Must be able to take direction and follow through on assignments. This is an excellent position for someone interested in advancing their skills in leadership and Four Seasons standards, reporting to Daveena Hodge. 

What you will do: 

• Oversee the Beach & Pool operations and all they entail, including organizing activities, food and beverage, etc
• Interact with guests, providing full knowledge and assistance for maximum guest usage in an outgoing and positive, yet unobtrusive manner.
• Maintain a safe working environment and abide by all health department regulations.
• Ensure that service cabana is fully stocked and prepared for business – including condiments, cups, napkins, etc.)
• Secure all amenities, cabinets, chairs and cushions at the end of the day and wipe down, set up and move, when necessary, all pool deck equipment.
• Knowledge and proficiency of all relevant computer programs and systems.
• Take food and drink orders, and clear necessary items and offer cold towels, water mists and glasses of water.

What you bring: 

• One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset  
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems 
• Strong communication skills

Schedule & Hours:

•    Successful candidates will be hired as a casual, part time employee. Successful candidates are expected to work early mornings, days, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends.
