THE JOB:

As the Poker Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating an exhilarating poker experience while collaborating closely with the Director of Poker Operations to ensure the success of our vibrant Poker Department! This dynamic role allows you to lead and inspire a dedicated team, drive strategic initiatives, and maintain seamless operations that enhance our guests' experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Poker Operations to develop and update poker promotions, tournaments, internal controls, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enhancing player experience and operational efficiency. Ensure consistent policies across operations and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide strategic support by maintaining and analyzing operational data to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Set daily and weekly goals for support staff to ensure timely execution of poker events, staffing, and compliance tasks.

  • Support Workforce Management in the creation of schedules that align with business volumes, ensuring fairness and policy compliance, in planning and administering vacation bids, shift bids, and approved personal leaves of absence.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of poker staffing, onboarding, and compliance tracking.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisitions to support recruitment by facilitating interviews and auditions for Poker Dealers and Tournament Dealers. Monitor turnover rates and optimize staffing to minimize overtime while meeting demand.

  • Lead training and development initiatives including onboarding, performance reviews, and career development programs. Facilitate ongoing training plans and communicate policy and procedural updates to ensure compliance with State Gaming Regulations.

  • Coordinate with HR Partners to track and facilitate Accommodations and Leave of Absence in accordance with company and department policy and escalate issues as needed to ensure compliance and resolution.

  • Manage variables in the Poker Operating systems, facilitate system access requests and maintain compliance records for all staff levels.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Must be available to work in a Poker Shift Manager role, as required

  • Must have experience working with Poker Operating systems

  • 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience within a gaming environment, overseeing and planning the functions required to successfully run an operation preferred

  • 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a supervisory role, directly supervising a team of at least 10 individuals preferred

  • 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Poker specific experience as a Dealer or above within a Poker Room preferred

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$67,800.00 - $90,400.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
