Pneumatic Product Engineer

Mission:

Pneumatic/Pneumatronic design (Catalogue/NC/Design to cost/Product improvement).

Tasks:

  • Hardware Requirements Definition. Deliverables Product Specifications (PSP). Priority to define the correct product technical specifications in order to meet the project requirements

  • Hardware Engineering design. Deliverables Product customisation and design, preparing Technical Description (TDE) and checking the product drawings. Priority to improve design compliancy to the requirements. Improve documents quality. Reduce ECR number during the design phase.

  • Hardware Validation. Deliverables LTS, LTR. Priority to support the test process in order to ensure the full validation achievement.

  • Hardware Validation in Lab Support. Priority to support the test process in order to ensure the full validation achievement.

  • Documents preparation. Deliverables Product Specifications and Technical reports. Priority to Improve documents quality.

  • NC technical expertise and report. Deliverables TER, TRP. Priority is an accurate technical analysis and detailed reporting in order to support the NC analysis.

  • Product Management Support. Priority is technical support to the product team.

  • Product Catalogue activity and support. Deliverables Gap analysis, Technical Documents (all). Priority is technical activity for Catalogue products completion and maintenance.

  • Relates to other engineering disciplines. Priority to improve the interdisciplinary synergy.

  • Compiles and presents progress reports at a frequency and depth appropriate to the job in hand. Priority to improve accuracy and synthesis.

  • Prepares type tests and serial tests specifications. Deliverables TTS, STS. Priority to give clear and accurate instructions to Lab and Operations.

  • Keeps documentation under formal configuration control. Deliverables CCP (Configuration and Control Plan). Priority to follow FT rules for configuration management.

Requisiti

  • Degree on Mechanical or Aerospatiale Engineering

  • Language: English

  • Ability to problem analysis and problem solving

  • Know - how of technical product FT

  • Knowledge of design and developments tools. In particularly is appreciated CATIA 3D Cad

  • Good problem solver, capable of working with minimal supervision to define solutions for cross-discipline problems

  • Good team worker, liaising with both internal and external development teams

  • Good communicator, capable of presenting technical and progress issues to higher management and external customers

  • Experience of the complete design life cycle from interpretation of a requirements specification through design, development, debugging and documentation to customer

  • Willing to travel as required (locally and internationally)
